Мога ли да заменя процесор?

Здравейте! Имам един лаптоп Компак Пресарио CQ62 Процесора веднъж е сменян IntelPentium® Dual-Core CPU T4500 @ 2.30GHz, 2294 MHz. Въпроса ми е мога ли да сложа Intel Pentium P6000 3MB cache 1066MHz FSB Не съм много на ясно със тези неща затова се обръщам към хората които разбират.

Дай малко инфо за южния и северния мост и ще ти кажа, какво можеш да му сложиш. Риск има, ако дадения процесор ще държи значително по-високи температури, които охлаждането няма да може да поеме.

Този чипсет (GL40) е малко орязан. Тук разни хора съобщават за успешни ъпгрейди с, Т6600, Т7250, Т8300 и други. Общо взето, всичко от сокет P което е до 800 MHz FSB, трябва да му тръгне. Но все пак, преди да ъпгрейднеш потърси информация, дали някой друг е постигал същото на този чипсет.
